  3. Marketing channels lower visibility when brands slow down paid promotion, forcing them to keep buying ads.
  4. Most platforms require expertise in bidding, tracking, and reporting, which brands often lack internally.
  5. Contractual agreements make it hard for brands to switch platforms without paying early exit fees.
